Cristina Restrepo
Kinder Spanish - Director Señora Cristina Restrepo, born in Portugal, has over 20 years of business and teaching experience in Florida and North Carolina. Señora Cristina founded KinderSpanish with the goal of providing young students the experience of the Spanish language by utilizing music, props and pictures to accentuate the learning process. Señora Cristina taught at Saint Pius in Greensboro from K thru 8. The teaching experience there helped reinforced the concept of early childhood education in foreign languages for better learning results. Señora Cristina is the mother of threes boys, of whom speak Spanish. She is fluent in English, Spanish,Portuguese and ASL.

Oscar Oviedo
​Señor Oscar Oviedo is from Colombia, South America. He has been teaching music for over 10 years in private and public schools and his experience includes the direction of instrumental and vocal ensembles. Señor Oscar is the music composer of the Cantando en español Music Book & CD volume 1, 2, & 3.

Marina Romero

Señorita Marina was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. Marina not only speaks the best Spanish but also speaks French and English so she knows how to acquire a new langauge and therefore how to teach it. Mariana also raised two children trilingual and thought Spanish and French at local Elementary schools for ten years. She loves to travel an lived in Paris before moving to USA. Marina is a resident of Greensboro for 23 years.

Robert Rose
Kinder Spanish - Instructor
Dorys Violeta Underwood, who was born in Santa Cruz Bolivia (South America) in 1975: After finishing high school, Violeta traveled to Madrid, Spain, where she lived for a period of 14 years. While in Madrid she studied Studio Professional photography and artistic make-up and runway. She has experience in crafts and paintings on cloth material. During the years in Spain she was in charge of a well-known Mosgo household goods shop where she worked in customer service. A few years later,on April 12, 2016, she moved to Greensboro, USA, where she began to study English and did some photography work. Now she is currently continuing to study the language in order to have a better command of it. Violeta loves working with children and is characterized by her patience and love towards teaching her native language, Spanish, a language she considers important and pleasant to learn. She recognizes that Children have a unique ability to learn another language easily and with the right tools and the daily incentive each child can open a wonderful door to learning the sweet language of Spanish. It is a privilege to be part of the team of teachers selected by Kinder Spanish and contribute to the future of the children of America.

​Andrea Gomez
Señora Andrea Gómez was born in Colombia, South America. She is Spanish native speaker. After graduating from high school la señora Andrea studied Business Management. In 2007 la señora Andrea traveled with her family to Charlotte, NC. There, she worked as a teacher Assistant in La Petite Academy, teaching children Spanish language and songs. In 2012 la señora Andrea moved to High Point, NC, where she lives with her husband and her two wonderful children. She teaches Spanish to her children consistently at home so that they develop proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Spanish as they learn English at school. La señora Andrea loves working with children and enjoys sharing her Spanish language and culture with those who want to learn.
